The area around Zurich Oerlikon station is becoming increasingly important: an office block is to be built on the Hofwiesenstrasse site, to the south of the station. Retail and catering outlets are planned for the ground floor. In addition, the cycle ramp linking the neighbourhoods is to be integrated into the building. The buil­ding’s modern service areas, shops and restaurants should further enhance the quality of life and the working environment in Zurich Oerlikon.
